Still awaiting refund or domicilium address

Andre has been giving us a run around after failing to render the required service. He then resolved to refund the money in full. Of the R12500 that was paid he only refunded R4000. He failed thus far to provide us with an address where a letter of demand can be sent and has been avoiding our calls. We are no longer interested in engaging with him and want to pursue this matter through a legal route to recover the consequential damages as well.
