Disappeared with a pensioners money!
It makes me sad ,my mom is a pensioner and she looks after my suster that is completely parelised and bed ridden ,she saved for months to pay andre to register a vehicle on her name. It has not been done.she cannot use the vehicle and lost 6000.

Andre Putter PI is a scammer
A scammer big time. The web site he gives in his postings is not his website. The guy I spoke to of this website, his name is Pieter does'nt want to give me any info on Andre Putter's were abouts . As I can recall, Pieter gave me Andre's name and told me to contact him. So they're also scammers. I paid Andre R6000 and he supposedly started a private investigation for me. I had to contact him from time to time for any progress. When I didn't get any joy I contacted this Pieter guy to find out what's going on and he got angry and told me that Andre was a fraud and liar and that he's not responsible for Andre's actions. So I left it there. I contacted him now after 4 years asking back my money, he keeps on saying he will look at my file on Monday 21 June 2021. Who can I report this to, because this man must be stopped. I saw on other sites the same bad reviews about Andre Putter.

Useless!
Paid him R2800 to start a Investigation... never heard of him again... Then paid the well know TV Actor - Mike Bolhuis R5000 and never heard of him also... I would rather use The Pink Panther TV Show's investigators next time... "Trust No One" - X-Files

Useless!

Scammer, don't use him - don't pay him
Got in touch with this man to help me find a missing person via Snupit, he assured me that he would use all the resources to find this person but I have not received anything concrete or any info for this matter from this PI after paying him R3500, he has continously promised to give me info which he has failed to do so. Do not use him, he is a scammer!! I want my money back. SAPS has done a much better job in giving me info, I wish I didn't pay him.

Still awaiting refund or domicilium address
Andre has been giving us a run around after failing to render the required service. He then resolved to refund the money in full. Of the R12500 that was paid he only refunded R4000. He failed thus far to provide us with an address where a letter of demand can be sent and has been avoiding our calls. We are no longer interested in engaging with him and want to pursue this matter through a legal route to recover the consequential damages as well.

Worst Experience Ever
Our car got stolen and we found Andre Putter Via Attorneys. He was very nice and said would be able to help after we paid R15 000 everything just went quite. Never heard of him, always full of promises, nothing happend one year later. If only he gave us a phone call and said tried everything sorry, but not even that. Very disappointed in the service and client relations, after all we had lost.

Mr Putter is much more than your common scammer. He is a thief and a coward. Once you paid him he will for months promise delivery, but he will not deliver. As soon as he gets annoyed with your constant follow ups and he runs out of lies and excuses, he will stop responding to your messages and not answer his phone.
