Still awaiting refund or domicilium address

I received a call from Andre shortly after I received an email from the Admin with his response claiming that we agreed on certain terms which is being stuck to. The main aim of the call (which lasted for 20 minutes) was to persuade me to rescind the post since in his argument it's damaging to his reputation; which will ultimately affect his ability to repay the outstanding amount. He would then make an arrangement to settle the outstanding amount in 14 days or so. After careful consideration the request was rejected based on the following reasons. 1. It’s been a while since the R4000 was paid back and after that he’s been ignoring my calls and messages which I have been sending to both his numbers. This clearly shows that he had no intention to settle since no update was even sent to me during this period. I challenged him to go back and check when last did he call or send me communication, so he can understand the context. 2. Secondly, If he failed to honor a written agreement, how much more with a verbal agreement. Therefore, I’m not interest in entering into any further agreement with him since it is clear what he needs to do to resolve this matter. 3. Furthermore, he failed to provide me with an address where a letter of demand can be sent previously, which led to me posting this review – I also wish to say that I’m well aware of the sensitivity of the his profession concerning his address. However, he could have provided his attorney’s address since it was explicit that the purpose was to serve him with a letter of demand. I explained to him that in my opinion the post is not damaging since it’s a true reflection of the facts (accurate, precise with the right level of depth - to avoid misinterpretation). Unless if his argument is that I’m misrepresenting the facts, then I would reconsider my position. Of which he conceded that this is indeed what transpired. I also pointed out that his reply to the Admin was misleading since it lacks the correct precision (depth & breath) and one can easily misinterpret it as implying that he kept his word and the matter has been settled. Subsequent to our conversation he sent me WhatsApp screenshots of communication between him and a client. However, I will be quick to say that I do not see how this is now my problem – like he also rightfully conceded on while sending these screenshots. Lastly, I promised him that I will exercise my duty to update the post with any progress on the matter; in the spirit of fairness.
