You might get a reply few hours later if you are lucky and when you try to reply, you just go back into the que. Im a prime account holder. All I want is to be able to email my personal banker or to call them and ask some questions in person. Is this too much to ask? I now want to transfer between accounts and I get numerous error code messages and I get referred to contacting the bank if I am a card holder to up my daily limits when the max limit has already been determined by FNB on my account? Dont get it. RSA banking should really get with the 21st century. So frustrating and annoying. However, the minute I had a huge amount received in my account I get emails from "bankers" wanting to advise how I should invest that money...? really? tie it up in one of your "schemes" so i cant get access when I want it...sure.
