Andre Putter PI is a scammer

A scammer big time. The web site he gives in his postings is not his website. The guy I spoke to of this website, his name is Pieter does'nt want to give me any info on Andre Putter's were abouts . As I can recall, Pieter gave me Andre's name and told me to contact him. So they're also scammers. I paid Andre R6000 and he supposedly started a private investigation for me. I had to contact him from time to time for any progress. When I didn't get any joy I contacted this Pieter guy to find out what's going on and he got angry and told me that Andre was a fraud and liar and that he's not responsible for Andre's actions. So I left it there. I contacted him now after 4 years asking back my money, he keeps on saying he will look at my file on Monday 21 June 2021. Who can I report this to, because this man must be stopped. I saw on other sites the same bad reviews about Andre Putter.
