Utterly unprofessional.
I would give zero stars if I could. Emails are never answered, exams cannot be booked, tutors miss lessons because they are sick and the lessons are never made up. Run far away from this unprofessional company, their service is shocking.

Poorly sewn clothing.
Over the past year the quality of the ladies clothing has deteriorated terribly. At least twice a month I have to mend the seams of items that have been worn once or twice. I bought two onesies for my daughter and the crotches came apart after three washes.

Winter Clothing.
I received my order of track suit pants for my son within three days, despite one of those days being a public holiday. Prices were good and the quality and fit is decent. The biggest bonus was that shipping was free!
