Rude ****mers
On 27/05/2025, I went to this place to have my car’s wheel alignment done and was assisted by the Manager Chris . He was very unfriendly and told me he couldn’t assist because the boss’s car was in the spot, and I should come back during the week. I returned later that week, where he quickly did the job and told me everything was done. Just two days later, the car started pulling to one side again. I called him to explain, but he insisted it was not the alignment and that I needed to have the car checked. I called again, and this time he got rude, telling me to bring the car back. When I arrived, he made me wait for over an hour before assisting me. While I was waiting, the boss’s friend was also at the shop and told one of the staff to help me since I had been waiting too long. He also mentioned that this manager is always like this and even questioned why he was still employed there. A week later, the car began pulling to the side again. I called once more, and he again said it was not their problem. I then went to a different wheel alignment center, where I was told that the alignment had not been done at all. They even showed me that my brand-new passenger-side tyre (purchased just a week before I went to them) was already worn on the inside due to the incorrect alignment. To fix the issue, I now need a new tyre before they can do the alignment properly. Don’t ever go to them.

Woste loan place
So I made a loan last year in December 2017 with this place how thinking that things will be sorted for me as I needed to buy a car my first installment with them was then due on the 29th December 2017 a lady by the name of Shaheema was still busy helping .I got my funds and I left as I get paid every second Friday and she promised me that it will go off every second Friday . So on the 29 December my first installment when of as we have agreed upon but an hour later another installment went of then when I check all together 4 installment we're debit that day from my account leaving me with zero money in my account in the month of December I then went to them to find out what happening and then another lady by the name of Lauren spoke to me to tell yes Shaheema not working here anymore as she just caught on nonsense with the client and that she is sorry she will sort it however I got my money back after 3 days which was really annoying but then the trouble really started as they then started to debit every single Friday after that I went to them and ask to fix it but was told bull**** story all the time sometime they would debit twice the amount leaving my family with no money at all and they we're just useless in explaining to me the reason so week in and out this happened then I have to wait 3 days for the refund however I got really frustrated and then manage to get the Branch manager Tina to help me at first my wife use to talk to her and she seem genuine and then we find out that the complains was just never dealt with we then contact the head office and it was promised but nothing happened that is when the loan came to and end and I was like thank u Lord it over now but then they debit a week after that again and bang I had to wait another week for them to refund I spoke to Aisha from head office and she told me that the branch never cancel the debit orders and that why they debit so after a month this was ok no supreme finance when my salary came in untill the 29th June when they did it again and this time I was **** as I need my money and nothing happened my wife then phone Tina did a refund form I send my bank statement and and then Tina told me that on Saturday my money will be in I then phone Aisha the Friday to ask if a refund was send to her to be processed and she say no and that were I lost all patient with this place I then ask for a number to formally log a complain and they gave me the Arial Manager number Moniqa which then advise me that I will get funds on Saturday and that some one will call which no one did on Monday I call her advice that no1 phone me and then she promised me that I will get funds back today which turn around 4 in the afternoon they return a portion of my money back now I have to wait another 2 days what is really frustrated in this is that they do not realize how it effect some one live the way they go on and the bad customer service they give I will never ever recommend any one to there place coz there service is the worst
