I thought I could trust Mariam but unfortunately she is the biggest rogue you can ever come across, they say they are professionals but they cant find a fault in the car, I have a f20 116i BMW which was sent in for a radiator leak, she ended up changing a hole lot of things and claimed from the warranty. now apparently the vehicle is so bad it needs engine overall. DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!!! the fan isn't kicking in so she is waiting for her professionals to come through and check!

On 27/05/2025, I went to this place to have my car’s wheel alignment done and was assisted by the Manager Chris . He was very unfriendly and told me he couldn’t assist because the boss’s car was in the spot, and I should come back during the week. I returned later that week, where he quickly did the job and told me everything was done. Just two days later, the car started pulling to one side again. I called him to explain, but he insisted it was not the alignment and that I needed to have the car checked. I called again, and this time he got rude, telling me to bring the car back. When I arrived, he made me wait for over an hour before assisting me. While I was waiting, the boss’s friend was also at the shop and told one of the staff to help me since I had been waiting too long. He also mentioned that this manager is always like this and even questioned why he was still employed there. A week later, the car began pulling to the side again. I called once more, and he again said it was not their problem. I then went to a different wheel alignment center, where I was told that the alignment had not been done at all. They even showed me that my brand-new passenger-side tyre (purchased just a week before I went to them) was already worn on the inside due to the incorrect alignment. To fix the issue, I now need a new tyre before they can do the alignment properly. Don’t ever go to them.

Tyrenet cannot be trusted. Their spares are highly inflated, and the customer is wrongly advised to do more repairs than what is necessary. Be careful. Miriam is a fast talking con artist seeking to milk you for unnecessary expensive.

I own a Renault Kadjar full house. Upon my sensor light for the tyres coming on, I proceeded to Tyrenet to have it checked out. Them being RMI accredited, I thought I was in good hands. The fitter checked out the tyres and established that there was nail or other that pierced the mid rif of the said tyre highlighted of the sensor. I then gave my go-ahead to repair tyre with a mushroom plug. After paying I proceeded to leave but noticed the sensor was still to which the fitter said will disappear as I drive. I also checked with the agents who said that the sensors are self adjusting and does require resetting via laptop due to no change in position of tyre. However the next day 27/02 I noticed the sensor was still on after driving a considerable distance , at which point I sent Mariam a message indicating that i would be bringing in the vehicle for her evaluation. However , after much arguments and deliberation, Mariam asked her fitter to strip the tyre but to hers and my astonishment the sensor was missing hence causing the lights to still remain on. To this new evidence and verifying that her fitter was the only one that opened the tyre, she decided to view the camera . After a few days , she came back to highlighting the the light was off in the area her employee was working in as the retina of the camera was focussed elsewhere. Apparently after interrogating her staff, she maintains her staff as trustworthy but I find this unacceptable because the dealership is gonna tell me to take vehicle where the puncture was repaired. I also find it repulsive when the correspondences that Mariam sent states that she Mariam is not responsible especially as she highlighted that she does not employ 'monkeys' but professional people. Please to the powers that be, I want a thorough investigation into this for accreditation of the technicians employed by Tyrenet especially being RMI accredited and S-Point affialated.
