Excellent service by Thando at M-Sure scratch and dents to process the claim for the battery replacement. This is all we need. More people like him.
Receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. The guys at pickup were very helpful and pleasant even assisting with luggage and identifying any damages prior to taking the vehicle.

After to and from emails, I was notified that I was supposed to book the tickets using a third party called TLCtravels. My dispute lies in the fact that it was not mentioned during the redemption process to book tickets. I have already booked those tickets directly with Flysafair and requested the vouchers to be switched to any of the other products in Uber, PicknPay etc. Although it is an error on their side ,they refused to give me the benefit of doubt for switching the vouchers as they pointed out the Ts and Cs. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and advised that it will be forfeited if not used within 9 months. This is an unfair decision to leave me out of pocket and not give the customer the benefit. What are your thoughts? It's been some time since I have heard from the relevant department for the the approval of a Medtronic Insulin Pump although I have submitted the required documentation from the doctor since beginning of April. Although I've been following up with them, I am being sent from pillar to post as the agents lacks basic training to do their jobs in the relevant medical sections.I have now sent an email to the CEO and will await his reponse.
It's been several months now to get Balwin management to align the rules and regulations of Polofields, Kikuyu and Munyaka as there are conflictings of what owners can do and not do, especially as we fall under WMC with Waterfall area being the first smart city. Also I was prompted to purchase in Kikuyu due to the advert advising and confirmed by Mathew Moller that we woill have free access to the Munyaka lagoon and lifestyle centre by means of a bridge. After conflicting reports at the agms, there is still no response to this and was advised by the chairperson to take it up with the advertising ombudsman. We, in Kikuyu are not allowed to install stacking doors as opposed to Polofields, and after highlighting the security, maintenance of the patio (rain), aircons (although approved by( CSOS) and increased value of the property, Balwin management is demonstrating their authoritarian management style with 'different strokes for different complex' .All the owners wanted was to have the same opportunity to that of the other complexes in the Waterfall area managed by WMC. I was thinking off selling up and moving but I had invested a lot of money over and above what I had to pay for the unit, and now am stuck without proper security, free Munyaka access, ************** for the installation of stacking doors etc but I am taking up the ******** and ************** of Balwin's management to CSOS and the advertising bureau......Will follow up when I receive feedback from either Balwin management or from my complaints.
The owner is full of promises and completes work in bits and pieces with everlasting excuses but demands the money before commencement of work. Very unreliable and unprofessional. From December 2021 to date he has not completed the work and wants me to pick up material for his completion of the work. Do not engage his services.
Very unprofessional and does not keep to his word and always making excuses. More than 3 months now and work is still not complete and expect me to pick up material for him to complete job. Do not engage his services, very unreliable and although religious he is untrustable. He moves between jobs for cash flow by collecting deposits before commencement of work.
Do not fall for the excuses and do not pay upfront. The owner is not a man of his word yet very religious to which I had trusted him. His problems becomes your problems and his quotes are very vague to which he uses to his advantage by saying he did not quote for certain items although verbally agreed. Do not use him.
It's been some time now and no one from Bonitas called me back.
