I want to warn others about a **** website posing as the official K-WAY Online Store. The site looks incredibly convincing, with professional images, product descriptions, and even a **** payment system. Unfortunately, I placed an order and never received anything—my money was taken, and there's been no response since. This **** not only targets unsuspecting customers but also damages the reputation of the real K-WAY brand. I’ve reported the issue to the distributor of K-WAY and hope they can take steps to have the **** site taken down. Please be cautious and double-check you're shopping on the legitimate website. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I requested the cancellation of my Rain service just a few days after the debit went through on May 25th. To my surprise, the service was cut off immediately, even though I had paid for the full month and expected access until the end of June. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the call centre staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They spoke to me as if I were asking for a favour rather than being a paying customer. It's clear that customer care is not a priority for Rain. I genuinely feel ****med. I would not recommend Rain to anyone. Avoid them at all costs.
