NAME CHANGES ON REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The service was absolutely phenomenal! I needed to change the name registered on Virbac Backhome records, and the response exceeded all expectations. I sent an email requesting the process to make the changes, and before I even had a chance to add this task to my "follow-up" list, the changes had already been completed. I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and speed of the service. Well done!

BEWARE OF BIG ENTERPRISE CHARLATANS THAT EXPLOIT THE LITTLE MAN
This airline doesn't have a noble side, since I have appealed to their noble side and they failed miserably. Their Customer Service is nothing but *********** and they have no shame in robbing an 82-year-old pensioner. My requests to escalate the matter have fallen on deaf ears since they have not only pocketed an additional $100 for a flight change, which could have been avoided if their office stuck to the standard 3-month visa regulations and due to pure negligence, they additionally they took, dishonestly, the sum of $258 for services not provided, over and above the original ticket price, which is already inflated in today economy. If this is "The Pride of Africa" we are in serious trouble.
