So Vodacom contacted me after my review below. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not rep**** again or shown any progress. I am very much prepared to just move over to a new network at this point. Their online chat and emails are still broken. I will be leaving another review in exactly a week from now, if they have not assisted me and resolved the matter by then I will be sharing my leave of the network and share which one I will be changing to, there are better deals out there in all honesty. I will also actively vouch against Vodacom in discussion I am able to and will steer any current customers to a different network.
Bad Service, False Promises, and Broken Systems Wow, what a frustrating experience I’ve had with Vodacom. I've been a loyal customer for years, but now, when I need basic service, I’ve been completely let down. I ordered a 5G + TV deal on Black Friday (November 18th) as an upgrade to my data SIM. From the start, I couldn’t view the order details online. The website showed the item as out of stock but promised delivery within 2-3 weeks. After two weeks, I called for an update and was told, “next week.” I waited, called again, and got the same response. This cycle repeated until December 23rd, and still nothing. When I tried to follow up, they said the order was “out for delivery.” Here’s where things got worse: I suspect that instead of using my personal contact number, they listed the data SIM number, meaning the courier was likely calling the router. I realized the delivery couldn’t reach me, so I attempted to update the address to my work location. I tried this three separate times—via phone and online chat—but nothing changed. As someone with hearing loss due to persistent tinnitus, calling was especially difficult. Yet I had no choice because Vodacom’s online system is broken: their chat bot, TOBi, tells you to email them, but the automated email reply directs you back to TOBi. Despite my efforts, when I finally reached an agent who confirmed they would update my delivery address, it never happened. On January 6th, I called again, only to find out the order had been canceled without notice. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. If Vodacom cannot deliver on their promises to me and fix their broken systems, I’m ready to move to another network. As a person with a hearing disability, this process has been unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. Please fix your systems.

Probably a bunch of sharks and ****mers. They emailed me with a ****fed email address claiming to be FNB Direct Axis, when I confronted them about it on their whatsapp channel they just hit me with the 'k' response. Would not trust them at all. Reported them to Direct Axis, FNB and Wesbank, but I'm thinking of hitting up the FAICS Ombudsman to let them know about this too. Even if they are legit, how are you able supposed to trust them with your money if they lie and try deceive you?
