Quick to sell a internet line bad bad in service delivery. My service on the 1 Jan 2025 was disconnected. I made contact with the whatsapp number 0214649500 and was informed that i can do an EFT payment to activate the line and it will take 30min to be reconnected. 30 min turned to 4 days later whereby i had to do a payment again via the link that was shared. Management and Team leaders of Web Africa/Vumutel, has up and till today not made contact with me after I requeted them to make contact. The whatsapp line is completly not the correct system that need to be used as we wait hours to speak to a agent and if agent cant help they put you back into the line - 1. Agent Walter M gave incorrect info from the start 2 - Agent Zandile picked up the call after Walter Dropped it and after I mentioned my case call got dropped by him as well 3 Karobo M Picked up the call and requeted for the POP that was shared and advise it will clear in 2/3 days (what bull**** is this as they dont even accept EFT no knowledge of the process. After endless communication I requeted management or a team leader to call. To end this all up its the 14th Jan today and I still have not received a call nor received my money that they promised to pay back -
They the worse ever trading company. When you sign up they all helpfull call everyday to set your account up. Tony the agent the worse ever as he never return call or emails. Signed up a few months back requested for assistance by when ever they call they want you to put more money in. Request to with draw cash and ask for assistance as the option is not available on profile.
