Great Service From Start to Finish

I was looking for a place that could make and deliver ready made meals and this is by far the best there is. They kept me updated with the courier as I ordered 20 meals for my parents as they don't always have the energy to cook and wow they are loving it, very tasty meals and some meals they share, they so large. Clear and precise instructions. Will be ordering again and all meals come frozen stiff in a cooler polystyrene box. SA needs more companies like this, very professional.

RCS is a greedy pathetic company.

This is some company, I had a Makro account for years and never missed a payment, always paid on time until 1 month there was a glitch on my banking app and the payment never went through, wow did they treat me like a ********, constant emails and sms's and phone calls.. I had to pay double the amount and still the harassment continued.. I was baffled by this and paid my account in full and asked it be closed. I will never conduct business with crowd, you are not a customer but a money making machine and the greed is pathetic. The way they treat loyal customers is real sad and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, just go have a look at their facebook page and see the same thing I'm talking about. It's really pathetic, rather find another means to get store credit or find a alternative company like Payfast.
