Wrong Meds
Wilropark Pharmacy has a pharmacist, Monque Cronje. She is rude and argumentative and should not be in the wellness industry. I went to get a script filled, she gave me the wrong meds and when I asked, she told me not to tell her how to do her job. Another pharmacist stepped in to correct her mistake. No apology was given by her, she stood with her arms folded like I was villain. This behavior from a so called professional is unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy and this woman at all costs.

Out of Stock
I live in a village not far from the Local Choice Pharmacy in Kelly Road. Please DO NOT ever use this pharmacy or anything related to Local Choice, they are utterly useless!! They never have stock. I am on chronic medication and moved from Dischem to go to this pharmacy. I have since moved back to Dischem. Everytime I go into Kelly Road, their shelves are bare. I have stood in a queue for half an hour, with only one person behind the counter, only to be told they have no stock. I have spoken to the owner and he is as incompetent as they come, he is not even a pharmacist!!! When I ask for my script back, I was told by the pharmacist he is only a locum and does not know where it is!!! I am utterly disgusted that this is meant to be part of some franchise and yet they run their business like this???!!! I have passed the word around my village as a few of us go there. I will NEVER support Local Choice as they have no care or compassion for their customers. They are disgusting!!!
