Attooh is probably one of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with and I truly do regret ever agreeing to meet with Neil Muller and allowing him to advise me with regard to anything concerning my financial affairs. Essentially, this is just another one of those that pretend to care about you before you sign on the dotted line. Thereafter, the apathy towards your concerns becomes self-evident. Shortly after signing up for a gym membership with Virgin Active, I was contacted by Neil Muller to join Discovery Vitality by taking out various products with Discovery Life. He told me about different product options and even did a needs assessment for me, advising on the different products I would need as part of the life plan. Before I took out the plan, his assistant at the time made sure to follow up with me regularly, but once I had signed the contract, it was a struggle to get them to get back to me on time. In fact, Neil practically disappeared, leaving his assistant as the intermediary. The level of service went downhill from there. Needless to say, the issues I experienced with this company and its representatives have cost me money and stress. I paid full price for my gym membership even after joining Vitality, while still paying my Life Cover premiums. They failed to cancel my existing policies on time so in addition to full gym membership, Vitality and the Life Cover, I was still paying for the old policies as well. After doing blood tests as part of the requirements for life cover they never even updated me on the outcomes until I followed up with them, only to discover that there are issues with the cover due to my health results. To top it off, I have recently found out that there is a HUGE discrepancy between what I believed I was covered for and what I am actually covered for. It is sickening, especially considering that I am now exposed because of existing policies that were cancelled as per Neil's advice. I've tried to call the company but none of their numbers go through. I have emailed the people I have engaged with thus far and I will be shocked if they even acknowledge my email without a follow up, let alone, address any of my issues adequately. I am really disappointed and if I could rate this company and its representatives zero, I really would.
