CCD Couriers arranged with me to deliver my debit card today. They phoned at 11:58 to inform me that due to the unrest in Durban they can't deliver it today but will arrange another day and time. I just received a sms from FNB saying that I was not available to receive my card and that there maybe additional delivery charges. This is not true and is unacceptable business practise. FNB:-) CCD Couriers were not able to deliver your Premier Debit Card due to your unavailability .Call 01002010 With Ref FRB60**** to re-schedule. Delivery fees may apply .FNB-Div of FRB LTD.
Please use some of the millions of the profit you are making to improve the Vodamail webpage. It is so frustrating to get to read my emails - that is if I am able to get into the webpage. A few things which frustrate me are: 1. The continuous service errors 2. Failed to login messages 3. Long waiting periods for OTP's to arrive and sometimes not receiving them. 4. Continuously logging out of the webpage when I click on an email to open it. Please Vodacom - this need to change. Ref. https://vodamail.secure.vodacom.co.za/vodamail_ui/#home
I am writing this review while holding on for someone to take my call at Kaelo Xelus. It has no been 15 min since I phoned in with no one answering their phones. Just another reflection on how they do business. I have received two emails requesting information which I have previously sent through already. A tactic to avoid paying out claims? But they will never take ages to debit my account. That they do exactly on the last day of the month. No luck on the call. Will have to try later again.
I have been with Vodacom since 1993 - same number. Over the years I wanted to change to another SP once or twice but remained with Vodacom as I thought they will jack up their customer service as we go along. Today was however the last straw - my 24 month contract was completed two months ago and without any notice or courtesy email the monthly discount was taken away. Furthermore because of me not knowing it, I short paid August and September - an amount of R300 odd rand. Phoned the customer care this morning asking them about the discontinuing of the discount portion and also reminding them of me paying by the 12th of the month. It was no problem said the lady she will make a note as she saw that I always pay between the 10th and the 12th. I thought everything was now in order just to find my phone line cut this afternoon before the weekend. I have decided it is time to rather look to MTN as my SP for the next period of time. Sorry Vodacom - but enough is enough - your service has deteriorated very quickly over the last few years. Time for change.
On 28 February 2018 I paid a deposit of R 11 400.00 into the bank account of Masimaamebene Fencing which I was told by Kibashan from SSK Fencing to be their other company. As previously reported by another person on this website, I have had all the stories in the world told to me why he could not start my fence. During this whole period I have still believed that he would take responsibility for the project but as I am writing this on 11 July 2018 not an inch of work has been done (4 months). I was promised numerous times by him to give me a refund. The owner, Ferosa phoned on Monday this week to apologize for the situation and was going to refund the money. I gave her my banking details but to date no further response or payment has been received. As the previous complainant wrote, this has become more than just bad service. I am also now at a stage where the option of a fraud case has become a reality should this not be resolved within this week.
