I traveled from George to Johannesburg on the 3rd of January 2021. on my arrival at OR Thambo i went to fetch my luggage which was a mission as Kulula did not mark the carousel, after lots of confusion the baggage information for Kulula said we must collect our luggage from carousel 4 that was marked for Mango Durban flight and not Kulula flight 902 from George that I was booked on, on my arrival at carousel 4 at 07:05PM I waited for 30 minutes for my baggage with nothing yet. I went to the baggage Info center and asked them where is our baggage as we are in lockdown and not allowed to travel after a certain time. The Kulula employees one named Portia was very rude and not helpful at all and said we must wait for our belongings. People who traveled by other air companies like Safair and mango got their luggage in a few minutes but people who traveled with Kulula waited for almost an hour to claim their luggage.
This is the most poorest service i ever have received from a company. They do not stay with the warranty's that they promise and lots of people have lost lots of money.
