Sales is awesome, fast and helpful when making the sale. Once the sale is complete you can expect nothing but ****ty service from there on. The call centre agents are rude, ****y and impatient (Clinton & Louise). I purchased 2x subscription, 1x works perfectly from the getgo and the other one does not work at all. I have called and left messages, send WhatsApp messages as well as emails, no one calls back, emails are slow and unhelpful, and WhatsApp is just as useless. I have been without wifi for a week and I am literally being ignored. I am generally understanding, calm and friendly but man these rude agents have really had me runting and raving like a lunatic....regardless, the issue had still not been resolved
I purchased 5 Disney on Ice tickets during Dec 2019. On 24 April I received notification via Email that the shoe had been cancelled due to Covid 19 and instruction were provided for a refund as well as how long the refund will take 8-10 working days. I have followed instruction and provided the required info in order for Computicket to refund my money numerous times. Their phones are not being answered and every email I send comes back with a reply reading "This ticket has been cancelled, please email us if it has not been resolved". I t is over a month now and I still have not received my refund
Good day, On the 29th of May 2018 I had my bath and basin re enameled by Mark Solomon of Bath Glaze Cape Town. Hubby was at home while he came to do the job and I was at work. When the job was completed I was asked to do an EFT payment and to make the funds available immediately. When I got home he had not given an Invoice and assured hubby he would email it to me that evening. Before the job was done there were no issues with communication back and forth telephonically or email. I contacted him on Monday 4th of June 2018 to report some snags and bubbles which he needed to correct as well as to send me the invoice and he assured me that he would come the following week Monday to fix it as he was in hospital having a minor op done on his knee to which I told him to rather make our appointment for the follow week in order to give him time to recover from the op. I have since been trying to contact him only to find he has blocked me from all sources of communication. Where to from here, this man is a scammer..
