Hi My name is Belinda my friend brought my car in to Hyandi in Hatfield for a service on the 21 of July I got the car back the 27th of July on the file I saw they have replaced the water pump previously I had no problem with the water pump they did not phone me to ask if they could replace the water pump they did it all by themselves communication is very bad I drive a Hyandi I10 2011 Model 1.2 Fluid when I drive to Work on Monday there was nothing wrong however when I drove back from work as I work in Centurion there is Sunnyside I stopped at the robot and then on the monitor I saw the water light came on and the guy standing at the robot selling fruit said that my car is leaking water I asked him what is the colour of the water and he said it was pink so I thought it’s the anti freeze that they have put into the water that is coming out and the water pump they have replaced without my knowledge so I think it’s a defect water pump I have never had trouble with my water pump before now coming back from them I have more trouble then ever I have phoned the Manager in Hyandi in Hatfield yesterday which is Chantelle she said that her driver will only be avai today I think they could at least provided me with a courtesy car which they did not Chantelle did however mention that her driver would pick me up from work tow my car in from the flat and then her driver take me back again to work however my boss is not happy as he said I am losing time and there is a lot of work to do my point is if they have done a proper job in the beginning I would not have been sitting in this dilemma and Hyandi in Hatfield I am not funny but poor service and bad communication I would not recommend anyone to go to HYANDI in Hatfield
