Dear Peter I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my academic statements of results, which were ****** during a car theft incident last year. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have encountered significant delays and administrative hurdles. I have contacted the relevant department multiple times but have not received any assistance. When I visited the office in Pretoria, I was informed that they do not handle student requests directly and that my college must apply on my behalf. I submitted the necessary application through my college over 12 months ago, but I am still awaiting a resolution. This delay is severely impacting my career progression, as qualification reviews using my college transcript alone are not being accepted. In desperation, I even attempted to reach out to Minister Siviwe Gwarube via LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), but I have yet to receive a response.
