I'm very angry and dissapointed with Yembo. I was one month behind with my rent and instead of sending collection and giving me notice, I got home from work one day and my kids were sitting outside very traumatized. I called them explaining that my wife has gone to the Bank to make a payment. They told they won't open the door until I paid. This is clear indication that they care less about people. All they care about is money. Several times they switched off electricity and have so far made my stay there Hell
I'm seriously ****ed with Hollard. I don't believe that after almost 2 months complaining about my claim, I have had little remorse or assistance from them. I get told that I should stop complaining on Hellopeter and call instead, How do I keep calling and wasting my airtime? it's not as if they use toll-free number. Using e-mail doesn't help me either because the responses haven't been satisfactory. I have been sitting with a damaged car for over 3 months and I have just recently been told that my claim could take up-to 60 days?, That's not good enough, I need my claim paid A.S.A.P. I also want to use my car to go on holidays like they will be using their too. What did I do to deserve such treatment?
I'm seriously frustrated by this company. I submitted a claim it's now 2 months and nothing has been done about it. I wrote a review a month ago here on Hello Peter and I was called back by Chantel and she offered to assist, but to my dismay, my claim was sent back to Charlene Barnard who sent me an e-mail with the documents to submit, I then sent a response asking for clarity just to find out because some of the requested documents I had already submitted, this was on the 23/10/2019, to this date, I have not received any e-mail from Charlene, I feel that she just responded to silence me and after the e-mail she sent me, she just relaxed and forgot about me. I don't how this type of treatment towards clients can be tolerated by such a big company. I'm really frustrated by this and honestly, I don't want to deal with this Charlene again.
I have a third party claim with Hollard and I haven't been getting feedback non-whatsoever, I have spent almost 300 airtime calling them and every time I call I'm told that my claim has been transferred to a different person. The last Lady I spoke to, told me that their systems were down and she deals with every e-mail as it comes. How can a client be given feedback like that, since then I have been waiting for a week now and still nothing has been said to me. I'm so happy I'm not even a client with Hollard and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone given the terrible service they are giving to third parties. My Claim number : 60028 Contact number 0833840206
