Meat Matters
Good day I always buy at Pick 'n Pay, it is one of my favorite shops, but a few times I have bought meat that was off (mince, pork chops and chicken) and then the BB date is either the next day or the week to come. Yesterday I bought pies, they are selling ****tail beef pies now as well, I thought let me try it......only to search for the meat inside the dough pocket!!! It is more like a meat spread that is inside there, the ****tail sausages are not much better as well as the other pies, you eat dough and a little bit of sauce or gravy then go hunting for the meat. I really hope they can improve the quality of their pies and meat.

Bad paint job by Mr. Christo Vorster (Alpha Construction)
Good day. I would like to share my story so that other people can be vigilant. I have mold inside my whole flat, so I needed to paint. As a single mother I could only afford to paint one room per month. I got Mr. Vorster's number from his mother who is on a whatsapp group that I was on. The first meeting went well and I received quotes from him. The price was reasonable. It was decided that the bathroom would be done first as it was the worst seeing that the steel roof was also rusting on top of the mold. The bathroom is not very big, two people can hardly fit so it was only himself and one worker to do the job. It took about a week to finish the small room, and upon investigation not everything was done as promised, the grouting was done only halfway as well as the silicone, the shower floor was not even touched, (all the grouting in the shower for that matter), the window frames were not painted and the windows not sealed properly. The roof looks like it cracked. I phoned him and he came back to fix it, upon arrival I paid him the rest of the money thinking it would be fixed. Stupid me! I sent a couple of photos to his mother who was the one speaking on his behalf all the time. He did however not return again to fix the mess. Four months later and the mold is bac****!!! I sent her a picture asking that she show it to him and ask him to contact me as he said it will last for years. Oh!! Some of the paint and sugar soap (that was not even used) was bought for the rest of the flat as well, he did however not leave anything behind. He has not contacted me yet after my last message but is seen often by other people around the area. Please do not make use of his service as it is unprofessional and of bad quality.

Bad service at Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp Government Clinic
Today 16 July 2018 my friend went to the Clinic as he has high fever and has been sick for a while. The sister that attended to him did not even take his temperature or examined him, not even looked in his throat. While sitting there another sister came in and sat on the bed and the two started chatting in their language. The sister then gave him vitamin B tablets and pain tablets. This is not the first time this has happened, I also go to that clinic as I do not have a medical aid, I was once told by a sister to wait she is first going on lunch and will then attend to me, after she finished she also did nothing, she asked me how I was feeling, upon telling her, with no examination of any kind, she told me she will write a letter for me to go to Leratong Hospital. I expect that the sisters should at least attend to a person first. Can anyone do something for us to get better service, if we cannot afford medical aids it does not mean that we are not human and do not deserve the treatment that we need.
