Very bad service

Had the worst experience ever. Promised to come back but never did.... quoted an amount when came to collect and pay....firstly Susan the Manager could not find the parcel . we had to come back for the third or forth time... the price just doubled when she finally found the item .... please note the quote was verbal.... the shop is a total mess. Susan van der Vyver is way over her head....she does not have a clue what is going on in her own little store.....she would not compromise and took her item back .....recommended never to use..
