Horrible service at Jump for Joy Warercrest Mall
I brought in 5 kids to have fun. 2 were teenagers, 2 were 10yrs and little one was 3yrs. After paying for an exorbitant amount I was told in order for my 3 yr old to play with her cousins (the other 4 kids) she need to pay an extra R100 of which I was ok with. Then they told me I need to pay R170 for an adult who will be supervising. Mind you the adult was there not playing but keeping an eye on the kids. Who in their right mind will pay for just standing in there and do nothing. The staff were rude. I’ll never visit that place again, even if you pay me to.

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. Ticket no: 761992. I was having problems connecting my wife router and it took Silence a couple of minute to fix my problem that have been bugging me for too long. Thank you to Silence really appreciate your help. We need more people like him. Very knowledgeable.

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect
I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. Thank you Angeline Mabaso Ref no 3G4DQKA, she was amazingly helpful when my internet service was disrupted. I contacted home connect and she was the one who helped me and restored the services with such professionalism. Best service ive received from her. Best regard to her for the future. We need more people like her who are able to handle people when they are frustrated. Regards Zanele Mkhize
