Wesbank - Absolutely No Service
Took me forever to get WesBank to get vehicle settlement resolved Applied for vehicle eNatis documents, paid courier fees and now 3 months later still no result. Apparently documents were returned undelivered. Been holding on phone call for 28 minutes right now. Does this FSP actually do business? Pathetic Service if you could call it that..

Wesbank Non-existent Customer Services
Financed a vehicle through Wesbank. 12 months later, 23 September 2022, I requested a Settlement quotation. Received it and transferred the full settlement including a payment for 30 September into their account. Then 30 September my bank indicates that another installment has still been processed. An average of 8 calls a day to both Account Query and Settlement go unanswered. I actually listen to the miserable tune played and voice over for as long as 20 minutes at a time. Does anyone actually occupy employment there? Endless emails sent and still no response Escalated a Complaint as well They are very quick to acknowledge receipt of emails and commitments of getting back do not materialize. I am frustrated to a point of no return and after several deals with Wesbank when they were still a customer orientated service provider, will now without a doubt strongly recommend anyone rather revert to any other financiers. I will definately be escalating my concern to the Ombudsman Reading all these poor reviews only proves each complainants point. Absolutely disgraceful to say the very least

Excellent Workmanship
Unbelievable expertise in both service and quality experienced from Nico Oosthuizen , Riaan and the Dryceil Projects team. They completed an entire residential ceiling transformation with service beyond excellence No challenge was left unattended and persitent drive to perfection has resulted in me eing a super content and happy client. Poor MWEB Services
Actually...it's NO stars. Been battling with MWEB for almost 2 years now. That after excellent previous service on an ADSL line. They now overrate LTE sales and cannot support their clients. The adverti*****ts are very exaggerated. Believe me I can prove anything said here with countless tracked communication between the sales and tech department and myself. Want advice? Stay away from them

Service Excellence
Christiaan and his team completed the flooring in our home after extensive kitchen renovations. A very complicated process with intricate edging and many challenges. Not only was the workmanship on the flooring very professionally done, but the great lengths they went to in final touches are unheard of in this type of industry. We are extatic. From personal assist in color coordination, late night project discussions, door trimming to onsite management ensuring all went to plan. This type of service is hard to come by. ABS Flooring are without a doubt very highly s****ed, professional and deliver 1st class attention to detail. Thank you Christiaan and your team.
