Pathetic service. They go and do things without your permission and when you try to phone then all their agents are conveniantly all busy. This service and company is absolutely pathetic and is a scam and fraudulent.
Herewith I would like to extend my greatest gratitude and appreciation to Eden Coachworks auto and body repair shop. On the 5th of August when I was in an accident my car was towed to the repair shop in george. I phoned them and informed them that my car was on its way and told them about the damadge on the car. JP, whom I spoke to assured me that my car will make a full recovery and that he can have it fixed in a weeks time on approval. After they got approval from the insurance he immediatley started on repair and constantly sent me updates. JP even phoned me about additional repair and about the extention on the repair period. I constantly recieved updates and photos of the repair stages. I felt secure that my car was being taken care of with the upmost care and was recieving quality repair work. When my car came back to me I was so delighted and happy, because it did not look like she was in an accident , such quality repair work was done that she looked brand new. I was in tears so happy was I. I would like to thank JP and the repairmen for all they have done and I would like to recommend them as the greatest repair shop I have thus far encountered. Good day On the 4th of July I was involved in an accident on my way home to Cape Town. I phoned my insurance road side assisst and I was helped immediately and a tow truck was sent to assisst me in two hours time. Since then the problems started. Worst service that ever excisted. On the same day I put in for a claim with Virseker's claims consultants, got my claim number and was told that someone would follow up. Following day I had to phone to follow up as nobody got back to me and was told that the claim was still being prosessed and they would give feedback. After two weeks after continuously having phoned them, I was told that the claim was still being prossessed. After getting ahold of the senior assessor Christo van Eck the claim was finaly finalised in a days time and approval was given to Willies panelbeaters in George to continue with fixing my vehicle. Again the problem arose in that the panel beater could only take my car in on the 22nd of August, which is a month afterthe claim was registered and the panelbeaters informed me that it would take two to three weeks to complete the job. Again I had to contact Virseker and spoke to the senior assessor, Christo van Eck, who confirmed that this was a problem and an alternative service panelbeater had to be appointed as I need my vehicle on the 31st of July. Since then numerous calls to Virseker has gone by with the explanations that an alternative panelbeater will be appointed and that I would be informed of such. It has now been 20 days in an effort to get my claim and vehicle fixed, with no return calls or responses from Virseker. This is the worst case of service provision that I have ever experienced and I will never reccomend Virseker Insurance to anybody. Regards.
