I would like to take the time to thank Pizza Perfect Isando. We had a mishap with the wrong pizza being delivered and they did not hesitate to fix the error at their cost. They even did so with a smile and apologised. Thank you Ross! It’s service like this that keeps customers loyal.

Internet has been off since Tuesday. To this day, no tech or scheduling team has called. Cool ideas have been following up but TTConnect keeps closing the ticket saying the address is not on their system which is absolute bull**** as this address has had fibre for years. Get your **** together and sort this internet out !! Internet STILL OFFLINE. This is definitely out of your SLA!!
If I could give no stars I would. Management needs to know that the staff there are LAZY. Yesterday afternoon was the second time I had entered into Mr Price Home Stoneridge store. I had a really bad experience on the 23rd of December 2022. There was loadshedding so obviously no power but could you not have lights working? There are so many affordable ways to have lights on during loadshedding. I had tripped and fallen in your store in the dark - but did not make a fuss of it. Yesterday, same thing. Loadshedding - No lights. This, unfortunately, was not actually my concern yesterday. I had to go through before the store closed in order to get a mattress protector as ours at home was still wet from washing. I made it in time BUT all of the staff were at the tills doing who knows what, not making eye contact, probably hoping I would just leave. It took close to 10 minutes of me standing there for someone to "help" me. I was in a rush to go and fetch medication for my baby so this really did not help the situation. This gets worse. Account not allowed to get used as the system is "offline". I then use my phone to tap. System "offline" with that. I get asked to use a physical card, which I then did. "OFFLINE" nothing working. They are now trying to make me do all sorts of things with my card, after I did specify that I was in a rush. This all ended in me not purchasing items from your store and storming out due to the frustration the staff there had put me through. People who do not care about customer service should not be working in a customer facing company. I will now shop at ANY other store going further and close my account with you guys. We use you guys at our company a lot in terms of purchasing office furniture. This will now come to an end as well. Done with you guys.
Recently had a situation where I needed assistance with a stolen phone. George Mfeka was amazing with getting me connected to the right people and department. He has always been the best to deal with and deserves the recognition! If I could rate 10 stars I would!
We have been using Carls Coffee for quite some time and each time it is a mission to get invoices out of them. They are very quick to take a large order and the sale but when it comes to after sale service, their service is shocking.
Well done to Nadine for the amazing service receiver. Will def go back as well as recommend any day!
