I have been trying to exchange or get a shirt refunded from the 3 of December . This has taken numerous emails . The shirt was picked up finally on the 4 February. I still have not received a refund or communication. So now I have no shirt and no refund . I’m so disappointed with their lack of service and ethics . In my opinion they have a total disregard for the customers and the consumer act. I’m just so flabbergasted . I will definitely never do business with them again . I’ll also attach a part of the email I received from them… terrible company to deal with “Good day Marilie, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delays and for the lack of follow-up, despite your multiple emails and patience throughout this process. I’m actually feeling sick as I’m writing this review, because I have been cheated out of a great party and currently out of my money. I would not even have bothered to write this review if I felt like I had any other options. After booking a Party Bus from Take You There for my husbands birthday in May already, paying the deposits and subsequent balance and beer for our party of 50 people over the weekend of the 21 July, I was truly looking forward to a great evening. Come Saturday I receive a call from the owner of the company Tinashe Mupanumonda that the busses was broken into, but they are trying to fix it. I get subsequent calls confirming the busses will come. Half an hour after my party started I get a call, the bus will not arrive!! This all I can handle, although very upset I made my party happen, because I was promised a credit note and full refund first thing Monday morning the 23 July by Tinashe. I received a credit note with my banking details on a note to apologize for the “incident” but, Guess what??? No refund, no money in my account,no answering of calls, no nothing!!! I wrote emails to all 3 email addresses and tried to contact Tinashe probably 25 times on each of three numbers I have to but to no avail. I will not recommend this company at all ! If something happens out of your control handle it with good communication and honestly. Not like this And now it seems I’m not the only one!!!
