I'm really disappointed with KD Plumbing. A leak which apparently was fixed is wet in the exact same spot after spending almost 5k. When I called them to ask if their work is guaranteed as the exact same spot is wet again...they said its a different leak and I have old pipes. When I asked them why the leak detection of my whole house - that I paid for - didn't pick up the "other leak"...they said there were no other leaks found at that time. When I asked them why... if they noticed that there was a problem with my "old pipes" why they did not inform me when the wall was already open and they could have done something. They gave no response. They did not even offer to come and look and open it free of charge to see what was wrong. I have to pay again for everything. No, man. This is not okay.
I have been several time to this restaurant and I have always been impressed with the quality of their food, prices, service and ambiance but on my recent visit I was horrified when I was charged R10 for boiled water with lemon. I regularly order this from every resturant and I have never been charged. I feel that this is really disgusting. In times like these when things are so expensive and competition in this industry so high surly you should be greatful for every client and find small ways to show your patrons that they're important. Charging R10 for a small slice of lemon in a glass of water you have already boiled for something else is ridiculous. If they insist on charging this please inform your patrons when they order! No one expects to pay for this so even if you put it on the menu...tell your patrons at the table!
