I’ve been trying to move my tax free account for almost 2 months now. It’s still not done and the service is so bad. I’m so frustrated. If you have money with them, my advice would be move it…. I’m starting to think there is ***** going on at Inn8 the off times they lie.
I received an SMS from a company I don't know Keydirect indicating that they would be debiting my account. I called the company with no luck. The number on the SMS does not work. I called FNB to let them know that I did I don't know this company and that they should not debit my account. FNB told me that they cant do that. The debt order must come off before the can revise it. FNB is charging R20 so they block them. I’m starting to think FNB is just trying to make money out of me. If I tell you that this I did not authorise the transaction should your legal department investigate and especially since lot of your clients are complaining about the same thing.
