I've been servicing my 2 cars Hyundai H1 and VW Polo with Violet Automotive for 3 year now, I never had any issues in my cars. They are very professional hand helpful also cost effective. Keep up the good work guys.
I went to Cambridge in Cosmo City today 03 August 2018, one of the managers his name is Gregory, I wanted to do my monthly grocery which I religiously do at Cambridge, I politely asked Gregory if I can take the trolley and drop my grocery at home, this would have taken less than 5 minutes as I live literally live around the corner. Gregory started to humiliate me and telling me how customers always take the trollies and not bring them back, I offered to live my bag and my phone as assurance but he continues to talk loud and attract an audience of staff, managers and customers to watch. As a customer, I don't think this service is acceptable, I promised Gregory that I would NEVER shop at Cambridge again, these pains me as this shop is so close and convenient to me, but I rather travel across the road than to be humiliated like this, I am not sure if this is because they serve people in a township so they don't think service matters?
