Sold a broken laptop to us and we pay for it every month and they Still have not returned it fixed

Material delivered but no structure erected for more than 3 months, 90% paid.
My reference number is ********** JR. You delivered the material at my site more than 3 months ago and I paid 90% of the full amount (R218520.00). We have sent you an email on the 16th July about this but received no response. This in unacceptable. Who is going to pay for the material when it finally rusts away? Or for the goods that need to be protected from the rain with the structure you need to put up? Do you erect a structure a year later from delivery date? I need the structure up yesterday!
