I see they changed names to avoid bad reviews- they are trading under Eeze Moulds it's the same company I placed an order a month ago and haven't received any goods I managed to get through once to the number and was told it's been processed and the number now goes to voicemail. This is definitely a scam artist looking at all the other reviews. I have requested a full refund. Very disappointed hope the law catches up with these scammers!

I purchased an item and it didn't work, arranged collection and they sent out an alternative product as a replacement and that item didn't work either. I asked for a full refund as it was within 7 days and the customer service gentleman is unwilling to issue out a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and have no product either as I returned it. I let them know it's part of consumer rights to request a full refund however it fell on deaf ears. Absolutely appalled by the service or lack of.
I’d like to make a complaint. I was harassed by an employee from fashion world. She was extremely rude and I specifically told her to stop being rude. I left the shop and she and along with her colleague followed me into Mr price and verbally harassed me shouting and pointing her finger at me again I told her to stop harassing me. I felt the general response from management was non existent as no manager in their right mind would condone such behavior in a work environment. I didn’t feel safe and feel this is disgusting behavior towards not just customers but any human being. She went on to being xenophobic talking about how I’m a foreigner? Absolutely appalling.
