Death trap for Pets
We took our dog there 8th March as he was weak and not eating...we suspected poisoning but the vet said it was Tick Fever, we requested the dog be put on a drip but the vet only gave him injection and gave us antibiotics said he's fine to go home, he will recover. The dog never got better and we went back on the 9th march only for the vet to say the dog needs a blood transfusion as he is in critical condition. we asked why couldn't they see that yesterday and why send us back with the dog they had no explanation, only for them to insist on the blood transfusion, we gave in as were panicking and time was critical. We received a call on the 10th saying the dog has died!!! PLEASE DONT EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! WITH TEARS IN MY EYES!!! SAVE YOUR BABIES AND GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE!! This place needs to be closed down its a death trap!!!

Useless customer care service.
pathetic service I have been trying to change my debit order dates since February and keep on getting useless consultants who say they getting errors and will get back to me.My credit card is in arrears and wo will pay for this? I want a manager to call me now
