FNB do not take small business serious.
I have reported a ***** case on the 6 September even today it has not resolved or attended to.I think they are protecting the Peoples fund as their bigger than ours.

They are ***** ,they made me sign the so called G-pay mandate before they approve my offer and later they decline my proposal,Since they have mandate of online banking,they *****ulently add them self on my profile then transferred money from my account to theirs .

Poor service
I reported ***** case on the 06 September 2023 to date they haven't even allocate the investigator
