I have been a Vodacom customer for years. When Covid hit, I did not need the same utilization that I had previously on my contract so I requested a downgrade to help me with my finances due to the impact that the pandemic had had on our industry (events). No-one at Vodacom would assist me. They would not downgrade me without a penalty even though I tried and tried to explain my situation. As soon as my contract ends in June 2021, I will be cancelling it immediately. Not only were they completely uncompassionate towards my situation, their prices are also VERY high when comparing to other players in the industry.
Dear Legend Lodges We did work for you in March 2018 and are still outstanding over R72,000 worth of completed work with you. Please may I urgently ask for an update on when we can expect to receive payment for our monies owed. This is over 120 days outstanding and is extremely bad business practice. The way in which you have handled this matter is extremely discouraging for small businesses and I am embarrassed that you think that this is a way in which you can treat your suppliers. Please may we ask for urgent payment on our outstanding monies with you. Thank you.
