Satisfied With Service
Dinesh is the true epitome of patience and professionalism.I was changing my husband’s flight etc and the whole ordeal ended up taking the whole day.Dinesh was patient and he kept calling when he said he would. He deserves to train other consultants honestly , if everyone could handle frustrated customers like him , the world would be a better place.Thank you Dinesh you are a superstar.

Wanted to move a flight to the following day.
Shirish was such a star / l called in frustrated as l had spoken to other agents who were not helpful.He handled the matter so quick and he was very friendly.He called back when he said he would.My husband’s flight was moved as we wanted.Thank you Shirish- we are grateful.

Unprofessionalism
A lady giving away ice cream for tasting insulted me today.She said to me it’s for customers so just because I’m a fundraiser in my uniform she thinks l can not afford ice cream for 30rand.She says this in front of other people tasting and they were all shocked they left without tasting.That was so unprofessional and judgmental and discriminating made me feel so inferior and that time l always buy there my ice cream.They need to train their people and hire people with qualifications who treat people with respect.I loved Dairy Fairy and l won’t bring my kids anymore here in Craddlestone Mall
