Have You Ever Been Out To “EAT” And Been Told That You Are Not Allowed To Talk To The Waiters OR Waitresses OR Cashiers For That Matter. Well There Is Always A First Time For Everything, And Specially At Migali. Not Only Has It Happened To Me, But To A Couple Of Other Customers That I Know Of That “USED” To Frequent Going There. Where Do You Get Off Saying That To Paying Customers?? That Mother Leigh .......................!! Customers Only Go There Because Of The Staff, They Should Only Know!!!!!!!!!!
I Had An Aircon Installed Roughly A Year Ago. Three Months Back They Came To Do A First Service. Three Months Later My Unit Is Not Functioning The Way It Should. I Have Called The Company Who Installed It By The Name Of Aircon Premier, Who Repeatedly Informed Me On The Three Occasions I Called And Told Me That The Contractor That They Have Working For Them Has My Job Card. I Have Then Since Last Week Tried To Get Hold Of The Contractor To Enquirer As To When I Can Expect Him To Come Rectify The Problem. Have Called On Numerous Occasions And Have Not Heard A Word. He Has Taken It Upon Himself To Blatantly Ignore My Calls. I Then Sent A WhatsApp Message To Him And Clearly Once Again No Word. How Does A Company Like That Have One Contractor Working For Them?? When Payment Is Needed Then They Hound You, When It Comes To Service Well Need I Say More.................!!!!! Don’t Recommend Them At All!!!!!!!!!

Sat 9th March 2019 Went To Migali At Oaklands Shopping Centre For Brunch. Service Was Appauling. Waited For 45 Mins Before Meal Arrived. Ordered A Drink Waited Another 30 Mins And Clearly Did Not Arrive Either. .Requested The Bill Which Also Never Arrived Until I Then Went To The Main Counter To Request It, And Eventually I Got It. The Father Was Standing At The Counter When I Complained, He Turned Around And Used The Excuse That Because Of The Children That Were There It Affected The Service. Bull dust. You Are Not Allowed To Complain About Anything As Thay Take Offence To It. I Am A Paying Customer And Have Every Right To Complain. The Father Then Also Turned Around To Me And Said “DONT COME BACK HERE, SEE IF I CARE”! Disgusting!! I Have No Intentions Of Ever Going Back There Again!!
Consultated With DAVID SWARTZ Once At The Beginning Of July, Where In That Consultation We Discussed The Situation And Had A Plan Of Action Going Forward.(Bearing In Mind It Was Paid For). Within The Month After Trying To Get Hold Of Him On A Numerous Amount Of Times To Find Out What Had Transpired, “NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE CLEARLY.” HALF AN HOUR BEFORE OUR SUPPOSEDLY NEXT CONSULTATIONS, I KEPT ON RECEIVING MAILS STIPULATING THAT OUR MEETINGS HAD BEEN CANCELLED, THIS HAPPENED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. THE BEST PART OF OUR FIRST CONSULTATION THOUGH, AND I HAVE TO MAKE MENTION OF THE FACT THAT HE STILL OVER AND ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE TURNED AROUND AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY TO ME AND I QUOTE VERBATIM:- “YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT MINE”..!!!!! THERE AND THEN I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT AND KNOWN WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT I HAD NO CHANCE WITH ANYTHING. “SO UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE WORD GO”!!!!!!! WE HAVE A VOICE AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD.
