On the 8th of Aug 2018, to summarize the most pitiful act yet experienced in my life. The booking was for the 9th and 10th of Aug, I send an Uber driver to collect a single document and drop it on the evening of the 8th a day prior to my arrival at RL Centurion . A single document, they refused to hold it at reception stating a policy... It's a private company your entitled to whatever you wish, but I find it demeaning that a single piece of paper can't be held at reception for 12h prior to a guest arriving.
