I have never felt such disrespect from a person like the espisode i had from your staff member at the centurion hotel (Siyabonga), this guy is rude and unwelcoming to guests, im very disappointed in your customer service, this employee is dangerous to your business, i will never set foot in this hotel again, his not fit to operate with clients. disgusting attitude

Worst service of all time. They cheap with food portions, the manager (Delisile Ndlakamandla) on duty laughs when addressing issues or complaining about the service. She ends up telling us that there is nothing she can do about it. She has a bad attitude.

I booked via Booking.cim. I got to the lodge and paid in full for the room and the breakfast for the following morning. The shower got mould, there was a ****roach in the room. The breakfast station is supposed to be a buffer but there is nothing on it. I was told it's R120 pp and I paid the previous day when I checked in. After having breakfast I was told the price went up and I must pay a further R20. If I paid for it yesterday already at the price I was given, why should I pay more the next Day. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The place becoming run down and the service at reception is terrible. Never again.

I booked into this hotel two different times but was checked in by the same receptionist both times. I have to say the welcome was cold from the start. No smile no greeting. She actually seemed to be annoyed by my presence. I myself am in the hospitality industry and what I got here was anything but hospitable. There are other incidents that occurred but the receptionist cold and unwelcoming behaviour was something I just couldn't not let go. I was unable to get her name but I can point her out anytime if need be. If that is the behaviour of the staff in general then it's such a shame.

On the 8th of Aug 2018, to summarize the most pitiful act yet experienced in my life. The booking was for the 9th and 10th of Aug, I send an Uber driver to collect a single document and drop it on the evening of the 8th a day prior to my arrival at RL Centurion . A single document, they refused to hold it at reception stating a policy... It's a private company your entitled to whatever you wish, but I find it demeaning that a single piece of paper can't be held at reception for 12h prior to a guest arriving. It's a minor thing that speaks lengths of customer service. Petty bs...
