Unwelcoming staff

I booked into this hotel two different times but was checked in by the same receptionist both times.

I have to say the welcome was cold from the start. No smile no greeting.

She actually seemed to be annoyed by my presence. I myself am in the hospitality industry and what I got here was anything but hospitable.

There are other incidents that occurred but the receptionist cold and unwelcoming behaviour was something I just couldn't not let go.

I was unable to get her name but I can point her out anytime if need be.

If that is the behaviour of the staff in general then it's such a shame.
