Worst service of all time. They cheap with food portions, the manager (Delisile Ndlakamandla) on duty laughs when addressing issues or complaining about the service. She ends up telling us that there is nothing she can do about it. She has a bad attitude.
I had placed an order since yesterday around 17h30. I spoke to the manager at Orkney and she told me that my order will be delivered and until now I have not received my order. The manager who was on duty is Tumi. The lady ended up telling me that there is nothing she can do to deliver my order and she said she doesn't have a solution to my query, that was after 4 hours of waiting for my orders. My kids slept on an empty stomach waiting for the food. This was unprofessional and very disgraceful. Lefa Thukhoi
This people debited my money from my account. I have never done any services with them or purchased anything from them. The worst part is that i dont even know were are they located.
I got into an accident on the 31st December 2023. i filled my claim on the 2nd of of January 2024. According to PMD it takes upto 14 working days to conclude a claim. I received a call from a Lady called Zukhanyo Kame 2 weeks after my claim confirming that they have concluded the claim and they will give me the outcome before end of business that day. She demanded my bank statement assuming that i did not pay my December premium and she realized that i paid the premium she then overturned the apparent outcome and told me the claim has been send back for further investigation. Now it has been 45 working days and they keep on lying to me telling me that it will be resolved in the next 48hrs but still nothing. They are trying by all means necessary to decline my claim from were i stand. I this is the kind of Insurance company they are, i advice anyone who is looking for a reliable and stress free car insurance to stay away from this Company. They are busy asking me the same questions over and over hoping for a fault or a loophole to avoid paying out. I'm still waiting and stressed about the whole situation.
This Company along with claim solutions have been giving me sleepless nights for the past 4 Months. Thier client bumped into my car and it affected my finances dearly as I depend on the car to make a living after I had lost my job. Of course I couldn't afford to pay for my insurance and I wasn't getting paid enough. I have my kids who I have to look after and other needs. Since the accident my life got affected. I have been making a follow up on my claim for the past months as their client is responsible to pay for the damages but they are still withholding the funds. Claim quest solutions did make their investigation and gave the insurer the go ahead to pay but still I'm waiting. I have waited for 4 months and they are telling me that I have to wait for another 30 working days which is more than a month again. They are so unsympathetic and don't have any remores. They don't care how much another person's life is affected. My car is stuck and I can't make a living for Children.
This dealership is very *********, I referred a client all the way from Orkney,North West to purchase a vehicle in Wonderboom Pretoria , they **** on an add saying they will pay a spotter fee when you refer someone. They told me that it will be paid. After the deal is done, they said I should waiting for dealer principal and for the finance to clear the payment, but the next thing their Sales manager is refusing to pay the fee. The Sales Executive Ndivhuwa is a *****, she promised to pay the fee then later on changed her story.They are very ********* and dishonest.
Flawless professional service without a hustle.
Their insured bumped into my car and also admitted on the accident report. She damaged both my vehicle left hand side doors. I then called them for third party claim and I was assisted by Cebile Ndebele who told me that she will be administrating the claim. She requested all the documents and did send them and that was the last time I heard from her. I tried to get hold of her and I was told that she is offline until this day. I send an email directly to her requesting an update on the claim she is just ignoring my emails. One of her colleagues picked up the phone at some point and she was so rude and unprofessional. She told me that their aim is to defend the claim regardless the insured is wrong or not. People working for this company are so unprofessional or maybe that's how they are trained. In the other hand due to the accident my fiance had a miscarriage due to the accident and few days later. I can't work without my car as both doors are damaged and I can't earn an income. Thier Client has been nothing but open and honest but they are the ones delaying the claim.
This company's client bumped into my car, damaging both my left side doors. She submitted the claim but they referred the claim to their legal department who are unreasonably trying to refuse to pay the claim. Their client admitted on the police report that she was at fault. She is stressed because the insurance(iwize) which she took under dotsure is giving her a hassle for third party liability claim. Stay away from dotsure or iwize as they will give you unnecessary stress.
Worst insurance company ever, for both yourself and third party claims. They are always ready to defend themselves from paying out. They will send you to their legal department which so unprofessional and if you bump into someone's car they won't even follow up on any claim unless you call them. THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
