Mango Clothing online store has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Orders are not delivered within the timeframe they promise, and if you request an exchange for a different size, they collect the item and then go completely silent for weeks. It has now been almost a month since my order was collected for an exchange, and I still have no replacement item, no refund, and no proper point of contact. There is seemingly no effective way to query or follow up with their online department, and physical stores simply tell you they have nothing to do with online purchases. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. Extremely disappointing service. At this point, I even feel like writing this review is a waste of time because Mango seems completely disconnected from reality and customer care. I have genuinely never experienced service this bad before. The worst. I would not recommend them for even a second.
