Extremely Disappointed – Late Delivery & Incorrect Order (Case #20503178) I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Mango. I placed an order and waited more than a month for delivery. After such a long delay, I was already disappointed. However, when the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I immediately tried to log a return on the system, but I am now unable to do so. This is completely unacceptable, especially after waiting such an unreasonable amount of time. My case number is 20503178, and I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. I would appreciate clear communication, a solution for the incorrect order, and proper assistance with the return process. This experience has been very frustrating, and I sincerely hope Mango takes customer service more seriously moving forward. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

Good range of clothing and the quality was better than I expected. Staff were helpful without being pushy. Prices were fair, and I found exactly what I needed. Solid shopping experience overall.

Absolute worst online experience. Clothes purchased at a premium price - still no sign of order after two weeks. ZERO indication that this company is in Spain (not South Africa). Can't reach a call agent, no feedback on pending orders or refunds. So dissapointing

The website and app are misleading. The customer service is unhelpful! The site says "Mango South Africa" and given that we also have Mango stores in the country, it leads you to believe that the clothing your order are coming from SA. There is no where in the website/app ordering journey where they let you know it's come from Spain/UK. you just get slapped with a customs email then you have to pay extra! On top of that the delivery dates are also a a complete lie! DO NOT ORDER FROM MANGO

The site says "Mango South Africa" and given that we also have Mango stores in the country, it leads you to believe that the clothing your order are coming from SA. There is no where in the website/app ordering journey where they let you know it's come from Spain/UK. you just get slapped with a customs email then you have to pay extra! On top of that the delivery dates are also a a complete lie! DO NOT ORDER FROM MANGO

I bought ankle boots from mango over a month ago, i wasn't that when ordering online it would be shipped in from span, which is why the shoes took over a month to arrive. That wasn't the worse part, the boots arrived in a size 6 and 3 - so two very different sizes. To follow this the boots have clearly been worn, they have scuff marks and deep creases as well as terrible wear damage underneath the shoes. i logged the issue that same evening after receiving the boots. When I contacted them for a refund, they only offered be ZAR1,200 from a ZAR2299 payment. When I disputed this they asked me to prove that i actually paid ZAR2299 for the shoes, which i found to be odd because just look at the order number and it should tell you all the details. Now the date of last return is coming up and they have not communicated with me a way forward. I'm absolutely infuriated at the poor service and lack of urgency. Unfortunately, i didn't read the review prior to buying but the reviews are really telling.

Completely misleading website....tought I was ordering from Mango in South Africa, but items are from Spain and have to pay customs and fill out forms for the courier. Nowhere in the shopping process is that disclosed.....will never buy from them again.

Yes one always checks HelloPeter when it’s too late. So I’ll add my complaint to the others here. When you’re ordering online, you think you’re ordering locally (jhb) and would receive your order like any other local delivery. Except you are then contacted by the logistics company to complete a clearance instruction for your imported goods! I initially thought it was a **** email. At no point in the buying journey does it indicate your goods are being imported, and that you have to verify your identity, complete a complicated form etc to get what you’ve already paid for. First and the last purchase ordering directly from Mango.

i ordered my wedding shoes at mango on the 26 of February 2025, my shoes are suppose to be delivered to me by dpd laser, even today from the 17 of March 2025 my shoes are on delivery mind you I stay in Pretoria my shoes are in Johannesburg just 60 km away . Please do not order anything from mango if they are still using dpd laser as their delivery agent because the service is so bad. Its my first and last time ordering from them. i will never POOR SERVICE I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS EVERYDAY TO MANGO CLOTHING AND I AM BEING TOLD MY ORDER IS ON DELIVERY. EVEN MY MANGO THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR BRAND
