Mango clothing - extremely disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Late Delivery & Incorrect Order (Case #***8) I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Mango. I placed an order and waited more than a month for delivery. After such a long delay, I was already disappointed. However, when the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I immediately tried to log a return on the system, but I am now unable to do so. This is completely unacceptable, especially after waiting such an unreasonable amount of time. My case number is ***8, and I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. I would appreciate clear communication, a solution for the incorrect order, and proper assistance with the return process. This experience has been very frustrating, and I sincerely hope Mango takes customer service more seriously moving forward. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
