We, as a small business enterprise used Formulated IT Group for many of our needs. VOIP, wifi and printing. Whilst the phones were giving problems intermittently, the printer was a complete different story. We had a printer which was not working well. We were advised by a senior person at Formulated IT that it is due to the fact that we needed a bigger printer. Based on direct information/advise from this employee of Formulated IT We entered into a contract for a bigger printer. Not only did this printer not function properly but it was in for services, diagnostics and repairs more than what it was in my offices. We always had loan units which were just as bad on the printing side. The feeders would get jammed, the printer would leave blue streaks on our pages, the scanner would also scan skew and something the whole unit just did not work. After meetings with the senior management of Formulated IT, certain things were promised which was not done, and I canceled my contract with one month notice. Formulated IT works in hand with a finance hub, SAPOR who, once you sign with is not interested if you have working equipment or not as long as your monthly debit order goes off. I have tried several times to reach a reasonable and amicable settlement between the three companies but to no avail. I would stay away from these service providers.
I have has the most awful, irritating and patronizing experience with this company. Being a small business owner myself, also in the service industry I I shocked at the level of service received and blatant misrepresentations given on a continuous basis. It started with my order last year. I ordered a branded/personalized gift for my client, branded bottle openers, branded keyrings and a branded carpet. I also asked for personalized lights as gifts. I received the carpet which was cut/torn in several places. When I complained I was told it was the Courier company. The personalized gift was not clearly printed. The personalized lights, one was fine, the other was terribly scratched. Could not use it The keyrings only 1 of the order was delivered. The bottle opener only 1 of the order was delivered. Vibrant trade undertook to courier the remainder of the order. I then ordered some personalized Christmas gifts. I confirmed several times that they would be ready in time they never arrived. Not only did they never arrive but I was completely ghosted. Not one of my messages enquiring about if they gifts would arrive went answered. Eventually after reaching out on social media the owner promised to contact me. She didn't. I continued to try communicate with the owner. We started messaging. I requested a refund. She told me all of my items were ready and I should arrange a courier to collect as she could not arrange one at the time. I did that and paid the courier. After not receiving my order (which was supposedly ready) I called the courier company. They advised me that the person where they had to collect from kept telling them it was not ready. After weeks of the lies, delays and aggravation I again requested a refund. To which the owner of the company finally agreed. This was several days ago and despite numerous promises that the payment would reflect the next day. Still no products or refund. Even after I sent my own courier. I would honestly caution anyone dealing with this company.
I ordered some corporate branding from Vibrant Trade. It was delivered late however I accepted that. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that allot of what I had ordered was not even sent to me and still hasn't been sent to this day. The printing work was not clear on the branding done. I ordered a personalized cutting board which was much darker than the picture and the image wasn't clear. I ordered a personalized light which was severely scratched. I ordered a branded carpet which was badly torn I'm a couple of places. Like it had been cut. When I complained I was told it was the Courier company. Which I highly doubt since I use the very same company and they have always been very professional in their delivery services. Despite all of this I ordered again for some personalized Christmas gifts. After confirming all the designs and that it will definitely be ready. I started following up the week of Christmas. Only to never receive a single response to any call, private message, whatsapp or email. On Christmas eve I was out shipping for my family's gifts. Then I got hold of the owner who promised to sort it out and to call me. That was at the end of December 2021 to this date she is still ignoring me. I sent a letter of demand and that was also ignored. I would not do business with this company.
