SCAM!!!
SCAM!!! Husband ordered a purse for me 12th February 2022, more than a year later. They lie about everything, full if excuses. They don't deliver the products you pay for. STAY AWAY, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. I ordered my products on the 2nd of December and they told me their lead time is 7-14 days. After those 14 days they changed it to 16 days. I started complaining and sending emails to them and I would send messages to their TikTok direct messages as that’s how I found out about them. I have sent them a number of messages just asking for my money back because I no longer see the use of supporting them. It’s now the 3rd of February, a whole month later and I still don’t have the things I ordered nor do I have my money and they respond to my messages or the phone number they have put on their website

SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely disappointed and angry. I ordered 4 hoverboards from them in November 2022. Paid for them and never received anything for my money. Many broken promises to send the waybill (still waiting for it). When I requested my money back she was more than willing but still broken promises and NO money back!! She now has my money and I have no hoverboards, I have upset children and an empty bank acc. Terrible service!!!! 1 star is too much for them actually. Now the tedious process of opening up a case to get my money back.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This is such a scam . We bought a lot of stuff for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. The people are rude and don’t even answer on any platform. The load’s of empty promises are unbelievable. I can’t believe this company still exists

This is such a scam . We bought a lot of stuff for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. The people are rude and don’t even answer on any platform. The load’s of empty promises are unbelievable. I can’t believe this company still exists

I would not recommend, very rude! After placing and paying for my order on the 15/09/2022,I finally received my money back today 23/12/2022. I begged and asked all the time numerous excuses from pillar to post about couriers then its the electricity then it's this then its that. I am DONE with Vibrant Trade, the first time I used them I got the stuff 3 weeks later, now they just take you for a ride. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through.. When I tagged my sister on Facebook on something that I ordered, that they advertised saying "this is what I am still waiting for" , they blocked me🤔.

Take my word for it and save yourself a heartache and your hard earned money. Run in the opposite direction of Vibrant Trade. I ordered 2 hoverboard for my sons for Christmas and paid in full end of October. On the 21st of November I enquired about delivery and I was told it would be the following day. Needless to say over 20 texts of lies and empty promises and ridiculous excuses I'm still without gifts for my sons 3 days before Christmas. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIBRANT TRADE!!!!! Now I'm left with a tedious process of small claims court to recover my money...I'll let you know how that goes.

SCAMMMM!!!! Paid for 3 items in October. Didn't answer my messages, they declined my calls... and when I eventually got hold of them... they lied about my delivery a further three times. When I asked about delivery, they threatened me to take back my order... I bet it hasn't even been made! Asked my money back... nothing. Sad how a new business owner can cause such a mess! Never again!

SCAMMMM!!!! Paid for 3 items in October. Didn't answer my messages, they declined my calls... and when I eventually got hold of them... they lied about my delivery a further three times. When I asked about delivery, they threatened me to take back my order... I bet it hasn't even been made! Asked my money back... nothing. Sad how a new business owner can cause such a mess! Don't use them. Simple! After months of second chances, many undelivered promises, excuse after excuse. I now give up and walk away accepting that i will never either get the hoverboard I ordered nor a refund. I don't know what has happened to this company, we used them December 2021 and I couldn't recommend them enough. Now all i'm left with is R1600 less, a disappointed daughter, an upset oupa who paid for it and bucket loads of anger at someone who can keep continuing to lie to people and come up with the endless supply of excuses. I posted previously on Google review 2 months ago with Nachy in tears. So I felt bad and removed it, giving yet another chance but here we are still no goods or refunds. Please note that I wont be removing this post- I might consider editing it once i have either received the goods on my hands or the money in my bank account.
