Stay away
Don't use them. Simple! After months of second chances, many undelivered promises, excuse after excuse. I now give up and walk away accepting that i will never either get the hoverboard I ordered nor a refund. I don't know what has happened to this company, we used them December 2021 and I couldn't recommend them enough. Now all i'm left with is R1600 less, a disappointed daughter, an upset oupa who paid for it and bucket loads of anger at someone who can keep continuing to lie to people and come up with the endless supply of excuses. I posted previously on Google review 2 months ago with Nachy in tears. So I felt bad and removed it, giving yet another chance but here we are still no goods or refunds. Please note that I wont be removing this post- I might consider editing it once i have either received the goods on my hands or the money in my bank account.

DONT USE VIBRANT TRADE!!!
0 star rating- its only a 1 because I have to Don't use Vibrant Trade. I have no clue what happened to them Highly disappointed. We used them at the end of 2021 for all our teachers gifts- absolutely amazing! So when they advertised a hoverboard at a decent price, i jumped at the opportunity. My dad paid for the hoverboard for my daughter as a gift to her, to this day- endless promises and second chances and nothing received. The whole management team is a bunch of crooks! STAY AWAY I will be reporting them to the SAPS for theft and fraud.

Goodbye Builders- Hello Leroy Merlin!
In the past couple months it has been bad customer service time after time and its now getting ridiculous!! Firstly- the shower displays are incorrectly marked and are misleading- New Road branch secondly- the fridge wrongly priced and they wouldn't give it to us at the advertised price- New Road Branch Thirdly- my mom in-law tried to buy a washing machine and they wouldn't give her her pensioners discount- New Road Branch and to put the cherry on top my mom in law went to buy several things at builders today- Rivonia Branch- and with the new system they cant give her the pensioners discount. we ask for a manager to contact us for when the probems are rectified and and and we never hear from them again. THe service is absolutely shocking. Goodbye Builders- Hello Leroy Merlin!
