SCAM?

I would not recommend, very rude! After placing and paying for my order on the 15/09/2022,I finally received my money back today 23/12/2022. I begged and asked all the time numerous excuses from pillar to post about couriers then its the electricity then it's this then its that. I am DONE with Vibrant Trade, the first time I used them I got the stuff 3 weeks later, now they just take you for a ride. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through.. When I tagged my sister on Facebook on something that I ordered, that they advertised saying "this is what I am still waiting for" , they blocked me🤔.
